Robin Will, Supervisory Refuge Ranger and Friends Liaison at St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge, retires in December 2020.
Robin assisted in the establishment of the Friends of St. Marks Wildlife Refuge, which was one of the earliest Friends groups put in place with FWS. In addition, she established the Monarch Festival and organized the event for 28 years. Refuge manager Terry Peacock said, "Everything you see the public doing at the Refuge has been touched by Robin".
